To acquire new customers for Personal loans and Credit Cards
Job Responsibilities
Understand the company’s product offerings and its target customer segment
Increase customer base by sourcing new deals through various avenues
Manage existing customer relationships and increase cross-sell opportunity
Pro-actively address customer issues and provide excellent customer service
Achieves Sales targets set each year by the senior management
Prepare visits report (customer pipeline) to be shared with Head of Retail on regular basis)
Being able to detect fraudulent cases and report them immediately to the management
Ensure compliance requirement is met as per UAE Central Bank
Assist the collection team to ensure the collection of any overdue payment for his portfolio of customers
Represent Al Ain Finance in a professional and presentable way
Build Al Ain Finance brand in the market by way of highlighting the company’s distinctive product features and providing an exemplary customer experience
Set high standards of business, and work ethics
Job Experience and Skills
A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in, Banking, Finance, or Commerce
A minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably with a reputable bank or financial institution
Excellent Customer Management & People Management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Sales-driven individual keen to exceed assigned sales target
